When I moved to Copenhagen, I quickly discovered that liquorice is a really big thing in Denmark!

Liquorice beer, liquorice ice cream, liquorice cheese, liquorice yoghurt, liquorice popcorn, liquorice crisps, liquorice chewing gum, liquorice breath mints, liquorice liqueur, liquorice chocolate, liquorice liquor and liquorice candy.

Now the candy is what I'm interested in.

It comes as either sweet liquorice, salty liquorice or liquorice with salmiak.
